Walt Disney Family Museum trip planning

On May 31st-June 1st, I am taking a trip to San Francisco with my best friend; our primary reason for going is the Walt Disney Family Museum and I have a few questions I hope you guys can help me with.

We will be arriving into SFO at 9:29am on May 31st, how is the best way to get from the airport to the museum?
Is there anywhere nearby you would recommend for either lunch or breakfast or both?
I've never stayed the night in San Francisco before, so I am curious if anyone has (reasonably priced) hotel recommendations?

I am not a San Francisco expert but we went to the museum last year. First of all, it is amazing. Plan on spending lots of time there. The museum is about Walt and his life, so for a walt nut it is great. There is a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge for the museum too.

As for location, the museum is in the Presidio so you can take a bus/taxi there. We stayed in Union Square and just hopped a cab. There is a little cafe there for food but you are so close to downtown/fisherman' wharf so if you are looking for a meal, I would skip it.

To get from the airport, you can hop on the Bart. Again, I'm not an expert. We found out lots of info on tripadvisor about how to use the Bart system.
