Reading @slo poll today made me think of rides that are no more at WDW. What ride/experience/attraction/whatever do you wish they would bring back? For me, I really miss Ellen's Energy Adventure and I wish they would bring back the partnership with American Express. What about you? What are you missing?

The nostalgic ride that I miss the most is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - however I am not sure they should actually bring it back. There are issues with that type of ride system and it's not that exciting anyway other than being on the Nautilus. Honestly, I would prefer they just use the Tokyo version of the ride (no water) or even just the walkthrough at Paris. I love 20K and would love to see some representatin back at WDW though!

Great Movie Ride. The replacement is IMO terrible and has made me not want to visit HS anymore. It's sad because HS used to be my favorite park but the direction it's going in isn't for me. I also miss the Backlot Tour but I understand that the ride took up a lot of space that could've been used for something else. The ride was super cool to kid me though.

Not a ride but come on Disney, bring back the Innoventions Area Loop. This music was quintessential Epcot for me and many others.

I agee with Ellen's Energy Adventure. I also like Alien Encounter and The Great Movie Ride. I used always like that quiz show thing in Hollywood Studios, I think Who Wants To Be A Millionairre.

I still listen to this frequently. I haven't been since 2021, and this is one of the things I miss most that are no longer there that kills any motivation to go back.

I miss the Hunchback show at MGM. The Adventurers Club. Illuminations. The Jeremy Irons narration on Spaceship Earth.

I don't recall how it was named but it's the center part of Epcot where all the "future" stuff was going on. Man, that place used to be HAPPENING! I loved going in there, it was just so interesting to me. It seems like it's just all forgotten now.

I listen to it a lot too. I don't know if they added the new score yet or not but whatever is playing in Future World (don't care what the new names are) is generic and boring sounding.

I only heard the Jeremy Irons narration on my first ever trip to WDW in the early 2000s and I remember being mesmerized by it. He has such an excellent voice for narrating that attraction. Judy Dench isn't bad by any means but her narration isn't nearly as good as his. Also the descent is AWFUL now lol

  • The original Journey Into Imagination with the ImageWorks "playground" after the ride.
  • World of Motion and Horizons - WoM's replacement was significantly better, so people don't miss it as much, but I really enjoyed both.
  • If you Had Wings/Delta Dreamflight
  • Listen to the Land music/CM guide on ride - In this case, the ride still exists but I miss the live narration and the song was one of my favorite attraction songs.

That was the Innoventions area, which took the palce of the original Communicore.

I have a lot of fond MGM memories.
- Honey I Shrunk the Audience
- Backlot Tour
- What was the thing where they talked about sound effects for shows? They had a part for Murder, She Wrote. Don't recall the name.
- Lights, Motors, Action -- my kids really loved this
- Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground
- The Great Movie Ride
- Active animation studio

I like a lot of the new additions as well but wish there was a way they could have expanded instead of dozing the old.

For MK
-Snow White's Scary Adventures
- Skyway

EPCOT
- Horizons

I also miss when Springs was more Imagineering-like -- Adventurer's Club.
