how far is a walmart from the resorts?

we dont have a rental car. But we were thinking its chepaer to buy a cheap umbrella stroller w/ site to store instead of flying with a stroller or renting one.

Actually when I was at POP 2 years ago, Everything Pop sold a Graco Umbrella stroller at a pretty reasonable price. Just a thought...

I just wanted to let you know that the airlines do not charge for strollers. You can either check it with your other luggage for free, or you can check it at the gate for free. If you check it with your luggage, you can keep it in the original packaging to protect it. Just remember to bring extra packing tape for the return trip.

I can't remember how much it was, but even in MK they were selling umbrella strollers at a decent price.

Go to Google Maps and enter Publix near 32830 to find the location of all the Publix near Walt Disney World. Click on the one you want and get directions.

This same tip works for just about anything. Want to know the nearest Pizza place? Just substitute Pizza for Publix. How about Walmart? Same thing.

I would either get the one at the resort or have it shipped directly to the resort.

Unless you need other items, the round trip taxi cost will be more than the S+H, maybe double.

You will also save maybe 2 hours that could be spent in the parks.

There are also off site stroller rental companies that will deliver a stroller to your resort. It will probably cost more than the stroller you are looking at but its going to be a better stroller.

WDW is very large. Which Resort will you be staying at? Need this to know distance to nearest WalMart. And Orlando area taxi fares are fifth highest in the country.
