Surely this will turn into a political thread. Wal-Mart doesn't have a union, so tons of people will say mean things.

I like Wal-Mart. Always did. I like K-Mart, too. Target is fine, too.

I love it. It has everything I need at low prices. It also provides jobs for people who may not have had anywhere else to go. Both my MILs work for Walmart. One at a store, the other at a distribution center. Dh's mom had been a SAHM for 20 years, and now she is a manager.

I shop at Walmart almost every week. Our Walmart is (in fact we have 2 nice ones). Most of the people are helpful and friendly, the managers are out and about and approachable. It is clean and well organized.

Anything with an enormous parking lot that busy and chaotic should have a castle and giant mouse at the other end of it.

I love it....on any day except Saturday or near holidays.
The only thing I don't like is ours allows RV's to park overnight for free so when they set up in the afternoon and take up 11 parking spaces, I get a little mad.

Other than that I like the low prices on snacks!

They just built a brand new state of the art here in Highland Village, Texas.

It is pretty cool.

It has a butcher, seafood, sushi guys, etc...

Oh and 2 Dunkin Donuts inside that have "cyber bars" to plug in your laptop.

I love Walmart. My DD 11 loves the fabric department. I love cheap cleaning supplies & personal care items. I do not have a Super Walmart but if I did I would be over the moon.

I go to Wal Mart for just about everything. Why not, it HAS everything!

He have about 5 supercenters in our town, so we really don't have a choice but to love the place.

I really enjoy shopping at Walmart, but I'm VERY particular about which one I go to. I have about 4 I can chose from. Fortunately, the one located just minutes from my home is WONDERFUL! HOWEVER....I will NOT be going anywhere near any Walmarts til next Sunday! I just completely stay away til way after Black Friday! I'm pregnant now....37 weeks....and don't have the tolerance nor patience for the stupidity that goes on.

Thet just built a Super duper one here that opened a few weeks ago. The one it replaced was a good size .

LOVE it! Worked there 2 times - left 'cause of babysitting issues 0 would go back there in a minute. HAd the best time working there.

Pretty much ONLY shop there (though we get out milk elsewhere quite often) and usually 3 times a week or so (its down the road from here)

Still have to price match to get the best deals - you really have to know your prices.
