Walmart site crashing

Did any one else experience the same troubles? Our computer wasn't able to pull the site up so, called Walmart's customer service number and got an automated message that the site was temporarily not working. Whoops!

Unfortunately it's been overloaded with shoppers. Everyone's been shopping on there site

People were having trouble with Walmart.com earlier today. They did finally bring the site down around 1:00 pm. It was back up by 2:30 and it was working fine at that time. I tried from 11:00 a.m. until they brought the side down to place an order. When it came back up around 2:30 I didn't have any problem placing my order.

I don't know about the Walmart site, but the Disney Shopping Online site was Slllllllllooooowwwww.

And I can't get on the Apple.com site to order DH his ipod!

The Walmart problem must have been pretty bad, I even saw it mentioned on one of the major metro newspapers home page, can't remember which one though.
