Walmart grocery pick up in Clermont?

Has anyone used this service yet? You can pre-order your groceries from certain Wal-Mart locations, schedule a pick up time, then drive up and they'll load it into your car. We are driving in and it looks like this is on our way in. Just curious if anyone had used them and if everything worked out ok. I like the idea of garden grocers and other other delivery services, but this seems less expensive and not too out of the way that would take away from our fun!

Never used that service, but where in Clermont is that Walmart? If it's the one on 27 near 50, its going to take you 45 minutest or so to drive there. Each way.

Yes, the one off 27. We are coming from Tallahassee, so would it be that far off the path?

Its not really convenient. I'm guessing you're coming down I-75 to the Turnpike and then to 427 to WDW, right? If so, get of 427 at 535 and turn right at the end of the ramp. There's a Super Target in that shopping center.

Please post back and let us know how this works! We are considering doing grocery pickup at the Walmart closest to Wyndham Bonnet Creek (idk what one that is but they tell you where to pickup) for our family vacation in September. It looks like an awesome option, as opposed to dragging 6 people around the grocery store saying "I don't care" to every question I ask. I am planning on putting out an email to all 4 of the kids (adult kids!) with questions about breakfast foods they eat, snacks, things they don't eat, etc. We all live in different states and this is the one time a year we are all together so I don't know what all most of them eat daily. Last year we ended up eating out most dinners and I would like to save money for other things this year. We have a couple of ADR's but mostly eating in the condo as we only have the 4 day Salute Military tickets and we will be there 8 days.

Here now. This was the only wal mart with that option and it ended up being too far. So, I went shopping while my husband took our kids swimming. Win win for everyone.

The grocery pick up signs are there at the Walmart located just north of the 27 and 192 junction. I think this is the closest to Disney grocery pickup. The Walmart on Vineland Rd does not show grocery pick up.

I use it at home regularly and I think it is a great service.
