Walmart delivery?

I just used Walmart Thursday. I would suggest using someone else if possible. The delivery man (or walmart) didnt put my name or room number on my bags eventhough I clearly stated it in instructions. He called me to tell me he couldnt deliver to a hotel, I said yes leave them with luggage and he said no. He said he needed my signature I said no the desk can sign for them and he said no. I was on the skyliner leaving Hollywood studios and told him I'd come there as soo. As I could. He called me back to ask where i was. I stated I was on the skyliner trying to get back to the resort but it was going to be about 10 to 15 mins before I could get there and to please leave them with luggage. Again he said no he wanted my signature. I finally got back to the hotel went all the way up front called him and asked where he was and he said I left them with luggage. I went to luggage and they stated someone dropped off items that werent labeled and wanted to know what I ordered so I showed them my email and they went and gathered them up. It was so frustrating. He was a terrible delivery guy.

We've uses them a couple times, generally no issue, but used them this past week and it was horrible. Got a text at 405 that it'd b deliveree by 416... sat out at the lobby drive upfor almost 2.5 hrs waiting on the delivery. Apparently first guy was confused and instead if calling or knowing where AKL is...hello you live and do business in Orlando he chose to just return the order. After many phone calls and a lot of wasted time we finally got our order.

My wife had groceries delivered to our suite during one of our stays and it worked out nicely
