Hi all,
Hope everyone had a Great New Years Celelbration. Here's a quick clip of the Walleye Drop from Port Clinton, Ohio. The first part of the clip is the kid's drop they have a 6pm after the activities in the heated tent, the last part is the official drop at midnight. The temp was a blustery 16 degrees with a 20 knot wind coming off the lake, they had to cancel the fireworks due to the wind but still a fun time. The kids (and my wife tho she won't admit it) have been waiting a year to fire off the silly string, they are already starting to stock up for next year.
The picture is the big guy himself, 20 feet long ad 600 lbs. We'll be up ther in May to catch is family members !!

Have a great year and hopefully we'll make it back down to the fort this year if for nothing else to thaw out from the walleye drop
