Walking to i Drive question

We are staying at Loew's Royal Pacific & want to go to the Disney outlet on I Drive. Can we walk to I Drive and take the trolley there? If so, how far is the walk. I lost some weight in 2018 & want to be as active as possible on this trip so I'd prefer to walk but my daughter may not be interested if it's really far. Thank you!

Plenty of people walk it.

There are sidewalks and crossings, maybe take you 15 -20 minutes max to the intersection on I Drive and Universal Boulevard. Of course in the heat it may feel longer.

I have no idea on the trolley as we’ve never used it.
