Walking rate for DVC Golfers?

My husband mentioned tonight that he wanted to find out if there was a golf rate at any of the courses for those not using a cart. He just got a carry bag with stand so I guess he wants to hang up his heavy bag he always threw on the back of the cart. Does anyone out there know if there is one?

On the main 18 hole courses, they really don't allow walking, except I beleive you might be able to do so very late afternoon to evening and I don't think they give you any special rate to do so (although at that time of day rates are half what they usually are). Also, though walking is true golf, the design of these courses discourage it as you sometimes have to go a quarter mile or more to the next tee.

The only walking course is the 9 hole Oak Trail ("executive" course, short holes). It is heavily occupied by kids and beginners.
