Walking from DHS to the Swan?

In order to get from POR to our KSC bus pick-up at the Swan, we're likely going to have to take a bus to DHS and then walk from DHS over to the swan. I'm "google earthing" it right now. So, if anyone has walked from one to the other, please tell me if I'm seeing this right...it looks like there is a little pathway that you can get on beside the bus drop off area that stays alongside the water and eventually meets up with the main road, then appears to go under the road (from where we'd just take a left and head toward the Swan). Is this correct?

Yes, it is easily walkable. Expect it to take 15 minutes. But, you can't take luggage on the WDW busses. Plan on a taxi instead.

We won't have luggage...we're just trying to get to the swan on the day we go to KSC because that's where their tour bus picks up. (plus, we'd need a LOT of taxi's...there's 17 of us LOL)
