Walking distance to new courtyard Marriott???

I would say about 8 minutes. Pretty much the same as the DLH. The walk feels longer though because you don't experience the fun sights, sounds, and smells of downtown disney.

Thanks for asking this question. I. Have a room booked here in August and I was curious as well

It's 8-12 minutes depending on your speed. I stayed there last October and timed it. It's an amazing hotel (I actually prefer it slightly over the onsite hotels as all the rooms have bunk beds for the kids--just wish it was a little less expensive).

I think distance wise it's probably a little shorter than DLH, although room location is always a factor. If you get stopped by a signal it might take longer, but if you're not a constant power walker it shouldn't be a big deal. Even though there is a shortcut you can take through GCH, I think it is definitely shorter than PPH. HoJo's is closer than PPH and it's about equal to HoJo's.

To me the walk through DTD feels like it takes hours, because I dislike walking through shopping malls. And there are no straight paths through DTD, it's all curvy.

The walk from Courtyard, once you hit the sidewalk, is easy and simple. The only issue I've ever encountered while walking on that side of Harbor is the occasional huge delivery vehicle trying to get into or out of a parking lot, blocking pedestrians b/c they are stuck b/c of traffic.

Thanks for the insights. We stayed at DHL and chose the courtyard Anahim because of location and bunkbeds. When compared to DHL,price was right as well.
