Which company do people prefer?

We are flying in from the UK, staying at Pop Century for 2 weeks, in a normal room with our two children, one in a bed and one in a pack & play (I know the ECV will be a tight squeeze!). We only have a car for the last 5 days.

Dh has used ECVs before, as there are many 'Shopmobility' schemes running locally. As it is a first time using one at Disney, he wants to make sure we make the right decision!

I would suggest you contact both. Here is imnformation about them. Obviously you cannot use the toll-free numbers, but if you go to their web sites they should have an e-mail address or a "contact us" area.

I would suggest you send them the information of your dates (and times) of arrival ad departuire and DH's height and weight. Then ask them for a quote.

Note that Randy's requires you to be presentboth at the time they drop off the ECV and when it is picked up. The others will all leave the ECV in advance at your resort's Bell Services and pick it up after you leave.

Personally I will only rent from Walker. Have rented from them the last 4 times we have been to Orlando. Especially after the last time there.

We had rented from them. We went to Universal and were in the walkway from the parking lot to the parks. ECV wouldn't move, not an inch!! So I got on the phone with Walker and they told me they would be there in 30 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes later they arrived. Fresh battery and all!!
