I've been following this forum in preparation for our trip as we took two elderly parents and needed mobility assistance for them to enjoy the parks as well. I read a lot of very useful info concerning the various companies in Orlando that provides scooters for rent and chose Walker Mobility in the end. Below is my Yelp review of Walker Mobility posted as a courtesy to others in the position I was in a few weeks ago.

With nearly a quarter century in the corporate world when I receive exceptional service from a "family" company I feel compelled to give kudos to that company and this review is no exception.
I recently vacationed at the Disney World Resort with my family which includes two elderly parents and had the great fortune to rent two scooters from Walker Mobility. This decision to rent scooters for our parents comfort proved to be a lifesaver, literally as there is much walking and standing. Also makes it "bearable" to spend a bit more time in the heat and humidity of Orlando.
The staff at Walker Mobility was, in a word: outstanding! Very courteous and helpful with clean, sturdy gear which performed flawlessly during our week and a half stay.
Walker's rental price was the lowest I'd found from comparison shopping of reputable companies in the Orlando area and highly recommend them for those requiring mobility assistance scooters when visiting the Orlando area attractions.

Had a great time. Hoping to go back for Christmas, little cooler but probably more crowded!
Also taking in Universal and Sea World next trip. Any tips/recommendations are appreciated.

I've used them for three previous trips, and I'm sure I'll use them for our trip in September. Speaking of which, I'd better get that reservation made! I've done everything else, even the MNSSHP tickets, but I haven't done that! Anyway they've always been great.

When you arrived was you scooter waiting for you or did you have go to front to accept it from Walker. At end of stay, could you leave it at the Bell or did you have to wait for Walker. I also would like to rent from Walker again, but thought they were not one of the preferred vendors.

Walker's is not a featured vendor, and as such will make arrangements to meet you personally for pick-up and drop-off. There is no reason you cannot use Walkers, and many DISers do like them even without using Bell Services; renting from featured vendors is not required. The reports I've read are that it is not particularly difficult to arrange the pick-up and drop-off times.

If you are staying off world, you can go and fetch your scooter and save money. Get good directions. If you are staying on world, they can meet you just outside of one of the park gate for you first day. You can work with them on where to meet them the last day to turn in your scooter. Please purchase the insurance. You do not know how many times you will bump things the first days. I have never had a claim but have always been ready with my policy in my backpack.

We were staying off disney property and scooter was there when we arrived and they picked up from concierge. Not sure about those staying on Disney property but sure there would be no problems for you. There seem to be numerous people here that agree.
