We just got home for a quick trip to WDW. On our second night there, my back gave out on me. I have a bad back and at times I get shooting pain that goes from the lower back down one leg. Anyhow, after a bad night of not being able to sleep. My husband called Walker, who we used last year for an ECV for my mom. It was about 9:30 am, I chatted with the nice lady as she asked me some questions so they could set up an ECV for me. Questions asked were height, weight, want a sun shade. She took my credit card info and had an ECV at Pop with in an hour and half. I was shocked at how quickly it got there and how easy it was to get an ECV at such short notice.
