Spent the first week of November at WDW staying at SSR. It was the second time since my 80 year old mom has been coming with us that we needed an ECV. In 2014 we used Apple and even though the ECV was kind of beaten up it ran good the entire week. This time because of recent bad reviews we decided to try a different ECV rental. We saw the good reviews for Walker and decided to try them. We were a little concerned since Walker wasn't a preferred ECV company by WDW so we would have to meet the delivery guy at the resort instead for drop off and pickup. It turns out we had nothing to be concerned about. They asked for our flight arrival time and takeoff so they could arrange a delivery and pickup time. They called us when we were on our way to SSR on DME and the delivery guy met us within 10 minutes of our arrival at the check in building. He was very courteous the ECV looked brand new and he offered us instructions but we already knew how to operate it. We had no problems all week with it and about an hour and a half before heading to the airport when leaving they called us to set up a pick up time. They came to our building to pick it up I met them out front and that was it. Another side note whenever I called with a question they were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely use Walker Mobility again

I second that! I used Walker last month, first time I'd rented except for in the parks. Although the scooter wasn't waiting for me, it might as well have been. They called as I was about to check in, after I checked in I went and sat on a bench and called back, and about 2 minutes later, here comes my scooter. For pick up, they called while I was in my room, said "about 15 minutes-we'll call when we get there" and sure enough, they called as I was going out the doors to the parking lot. ECV was excellent, I had no problems, and everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. Just ordered my next rental from them.
