Has anyone had success getting into Tusker House breakfast w/o and ADR? I had to move our trip up from Dec to Oct just a few weeks ago, and couldn't get all of our ressies that we wanted. TH was on the top of the priority list.:sad2:

Not sure... but when we were there last week of Oct. 2009, we had 2 ADRs around 8 to 8:30am for breakfast and each time... there were plenty of empty tables. I'll guess they were taking walk ups.

hmmm...I can't get in until 9am w/o an adr, but I will head straight there and see what they can do for me. I guess the worst they can do is say no...and we are back where we started. :goodvibes

They were taking walkups back in May. I guess it depends on the time of year.

I'm sorry... Sometimes, I don't know where my brain is... For some reason, I was thinking you were asking about Ohana's Breakfast! When we went to Tusker House, it was packed between 8 and 9am, when the park opened at 9. I bet there's a lot of no shows around 9-9:30 though from all the people who don't get moving early enough to make it on time....

Tusker House is usually pretty packed, but it's always worth a try I guess. Maybe you'll get a little Disney magic :)

You can also check while you're there - either using your resort concierge or calling. Sometimes there are last-minute cancellations.

Check online multiple times a day and if once you get to WDW you don't have online access, then call. We got to WDW on DD's 1st trip and realized there was no way she was going to be making pre-park opening ADRs with the time change. I cancelled our pre-park opening Tusker House the morning before we were eating there and was able to pick up a 9:30 instead, I'm sure someone was thrilled to get our pre-park ADR that day. Also, last December, I had been trying to get San Angel for a month for the last night of our trip after DD suddenly decided she wanted to eat there. I was checking online on my phone, and I got the ADR I wanted the night before we wanted to eat there! People cancel right up to the day! Good luck!!!
