Walk-up seating available now??

Since Disney has changed so many "popular" restaurants to the $10 reservation guarantee, is anyone noticing more real, live, walk-up and get a seat availability? Anyone have any experiences? Just wondering how the new system is impacting seating. (Aka-will there really ever be a day when a family can "just walk in and eat" at leCellier?

I still saw them turning away people last month. Sci-Fi was, as was The California Grill.

I wonder if it might be because it's only been a couple of months since the change was made. October I think, so ppl making the reservations would make the date probably April? Maybe by late spring/summer it will be easier. That would be so nice!
