Walk up Beaches and Cream or Ample Hills snack credit eligibility

hello... new to Disney dining plan, a portion of our vacation we will be staying at Beach Club, I have a teen (they eat one out of house and home, lol) who LOVES a good ice cream. Last time we stayed, he did the Beaches and Cream walk up window daily for an ice cream or milkshake—can anyone tell me if he can do snack credits for that? We can never seem to get a reservation there, and all I see is the table service credit. Ample Hills creamery would also be a great option on the Boardwalk, but same question there—is it snack credit eligibile?
