It's been years since since I've been to HS. So much is new. 7am--hopefully RoR for later in day
Here is my plan at Rope Drop:

MMRR
Slinky Dog
Toy Story Mania

What is the quickest way to get to MMRR at RD? Then from there to SDD and onto TSM?
We are praying for RoR. My husband's 50th and that one ride is the main reason for this trip and the 1 day at WDW. Please join in wishing Pixie Dust on Thursday morning.

Scratch toy story off that list it’s always a short wait. Slinky dog and tower of terror are the longest waits. I would replace toy story with smugglers run or tower of terror. Everone heads to MMRR first, but now thats it’s running at 100% capacity the line was reasonable all day.

I wouldn't. Criss-crossing the park like that is never a time saver. No way that walking from Slinky Dog over to Tower of Terror and then back to Toy Story Mania later in the day saves time. Sure, the Tower of Terror line may increase by 15-20 extra minutes if you take time to ride Toy Story Land. But, the time to walk back to Toy Story Mania, combined with the fact that its line will also increase as the day goes on will easily match that 15-20 extra minutes.

When I do Toy Story Land, I'm doing all three attractions. When I do Sunset Blvd, I'm doing both attractions. Not been since Star Wars opened, but if I did, I would be doing Smugglers Run immediately after Rise of The Resistance. Sure my ROTR boarding time may catch Smugglers Run at a busier part of the day, but what does walking back and forth across the park gain me in terms of time. Nothing.

To each their own. We did MMRR, SM and Tower of Tower. We got there and 830 at rode all three rides before by 915. We basically walked on all three rides. Toy Story was never more than15 minutes all day. We pretty much walked on and did it three times in a row. The park is very small. It's less than a five-minute walk from slinky dog to tower of the tower. Tower of Terror was a 45-50 minute wait all day. I prefer walking over standing in line any day.
