Walk on with stainless steel bottle??

I know the policy with brining packaged goods on board.

Will I be able to have my stainless steel bottle with water/tea already in it when I walk on board Or do they make you pour it out before boarding??

Oh good question. We will have the kids cups/bottle with us...

You'll have to pour out any liquid in the bottle. I think it is less about getting on in port carnaveral but getting off at stops and getting back on after. If customs catches it you are looking at a pretty hefty fine.

I've never had security question an open bottle at Port Canaveral before. I've gone through with opened (but capped) bottles of water and Diet Coke. Security at the terminal is not like the TSA. If you are bringing beverages onboard, they must be in your carry on bags, not checked luggage.
