The event was great! A lot of informative booths were set up, unfortunately I live 90 minutes away from Orlando and most of the service providers did not cover my area, but it was good to see what some people are doing within that community to possibly incorporate into my own.
I know that over $90,000 had been raised at the begining of the walk, but they had not tallied up the totals that were handed in yesterday. We were unable to wait around to find out as DS6 was getting ansty after walking the 3 miles. If anyone was there and di hear the final total please post it.
I would love to plan to have more DISers there next year, so mark your calenders for the Saturday before Thanksgiving next year. (PS the parks were empty during the week leading up to the walk as an extra bonus!)
