My DH and I are going to the world on Thanksgiving week this year, and already have all our dinner reservations set, but I was wondering about breakfast. We normally just grab something at our resort, as I am a firm believe in always having a ressie, but this year I thought it could be fun to try some places like Kona in the POLY...do you think we will be able to walk in there for breakfast, or do we need a ressie?

I don't know about Thanksgiving morning itself, but we were able to walk-up with a party for three w/o an ADR on Thursday moning at 10:00 AM and were seated within 10 minutes at Kona. Love those pineapple macadamia nut pancakes!!!! :goodvibes

Are you staying at the Poly? If you are not, theymay not let you into the parking lot without an ADR. They have done this before at dinner and not during any peak times.

For such a busy week, i think i would call disney dining and check for availability the morning or day before, to save a trip

then again, you could always head to Capt Cook's for a CS breakfast if the TS didn't work out

We are actually staying at The Wilderness Lodge, and were thinking about just heading over there for breakfast one day that week. Yeah...with it being such a busy week I am concerned they wont be taking any walk-ins.
