Walk from Portofino to USO & IoA

How much of an inconvience is the additional distance from the parks is the Portofino compared to the Hard Rock Hotel ?

Either the walk or the boat ride...

It' s an extra 15 minute walk but the boat ride is only a few minutes different.

We stayed at PBH last summer... we did walk it one time... it was a little farther that hard rock... we did not walk any more... we found the boat to be very quick...... we are going back this summer... we were thinking of HRH because it was closer to the parks... but my kids...10 and 12... said they want to go back to the portofino,,, boat ride is quick... we also go to disney and compared to the busses there to the parks... the boat at PBH is quick...amy
