I know someone posted about the $5 off coupon for Walgreens good for today and tomorrow. I have some pics to pick up there today so I was browsing through the ad and noticed some good deals, especially with the coupon.

Disney disposable camera $3.99
Lots of school supplies for $.39 (10pk mech pencils, eraser pack, sharpie markers, and more)
GPS with text to speech, $149 plus an additional $20 rebate off that
Aspirin, 100ct $.39
Generic toothbrushes $.39
Digital pics, buy 25 get 25 free

There was alot more but that was a few things that stood out. They do 1 hour pics at most places so you could upload and order right now and still take advantage of the free pics and the $5. coupon.

How is walgreens about returns? I purchased a little disney digital camera and some disposable cameras but not would like to repurchase with the $5 coupon and return the original cameras, should I do in two seperate trips??

Definitely some great deals! I bought the cameras and toothbrushes for our trip in a few months (I already have a suitcase started--how sad is that?). I just buy stuff that we can use for the trip and throw it in there to keep it all in one place.

They also have candy bars 39 cents each. I buy them for when I take the kids to our local $1 matinee.

Oh, they also have 3 sizes of padded scotch envelopes for 39 cents each. Great for ebayers!

I just got back from the store near my office. It's a crappy one, they're usually very disorganized and out of alot of things but here is how I did:

50 digital prints
Mega pack of bubble wands/toys for ds's bday
3 sharpie markers
3 toilet bowl fresheners
1 toothbrush
6 packs of Hallmark wrapping paper
eraser set
writing tablet
100ct aspirin
Kotex 24ct
mechanical pencils (2 packs of 10)
pens (10 pack)
filler paper
Bonus bottle of Pert Plus shampoo

Total before discounts: $42.67
Total after discounts/mfg cpns/Wg coupons $21.11
Total after $5 coupon: $16.11
Total after Easy Saver Rebate for Pert: $12.39

I saved $30.28!!

Just the Pert and Kotex and digi prints without any discounts would cost more than that.

You should have no trouble returning the cameras you already bought if it was within 30 days. Just return them, then go get more from the shelf and use your coupon if you spend over $20. Shouldn't be an issue.

BTW, the $5 coupon is available on their website also.

I bought Pantene conditioner on sale this week, 2/$8 with a $3RR at checkout, bringing the total cost to 2/$5, minus a $1/2 Q. In the August rebate book you can get back up to $5.99 on the purchase of 2 Panetene shampoo/conditioners, making them free after rebate .

I also split my order up and bought the Pantene first so I could use the $3 RR immediately and not have to worry about getting back to the store before it expired.

I also picked up the aspirin for 39 cents. Rite Aid had some great deals this week as well. L'Oreal Kids shampoo was buy one get one free and Johnson's Softwash body was buy one get one free.

ahh i missed the aspirin..I was there earlier ans used in on prints(did the 25 free) and got my son bunch of things for his flight tonight.

I do have to go back tomorrow.. diapers are buy 1 get one half off and theres the $5.00 off coupon in the easy saver book
