Am I correct in saying you can't take advantage of EMH if you stay at the Waldorf?

Correct, the Waldorf does not qualify for EMH.

only Disney hotels plus Dolphin and Swan, SOG and DD Hilton have it.

the non-Disney hotels are paying for the right to do it.

think at one time that Hilton Bonnet Creek was trying - but don't think Disney allowed it - they are not on Disney property - the other hotels that participate are.

It also does not have FOLE at US/IOA - for that you need to either pay - or better stay at a US hotel.

think there is a 4 seasons going up that will be on Disney property - maybe that will work for you.
