Wal-Mart ot Target: please help!

Hi folks,

I know this question has been asked before but I can't find answers to my specific question so I hope you can help.

We are staying at OKw but want to leave from Epcot later and get somewhere that will sell us stuff we need, like toothpaste, painkillers and a couple of clothes items too. I was really sick before we travelled and have done a rubbish job of packing for this trip!!

I have read on here that the Walmarts also have a range of Disney stuff that is cheaper than buying things on property - is that true?

So should we head to Walmart, or Target? Or somewhere else? We don't have a car and can't rent one, and we need the stuff today so online isn't an option for us. Is it worthwhile going to Walmart to get a better selection on clothes and stuff?

I am expected the taxi to be about $60 which is a lot of vacation money but it's necessary because of all the stuff we forgot. Plus it's loads colder than expected so I need a fleece.

So which one from Epcot? Thanks so much for your help!!

Feeling kinda desperate here... Lol. I know it's not strategy or theme park but it's from a theme park... And I need to get meds without wasting alll my spending money!

Wal-Mart on Turkey Lake Rd. had a lot of Disney stuff. there is a small Disney section near the clothing dept that contains all kinds of Disney stuff. This WalMart is the closest one to OKW. Take Hotel Plaza Blvd. to 535 make a left stay in the outside lane and at the first traffic light make a right on to Palm Parkway. Palm Parkway becomes Turkey lake Rd. and Wal Mart is about 5 miles up the road on the left.

Most stores down there have Disney stuff. The Walmart on 535/536 is loaded with stuff. Not sure about Target... haven't been to one near Disney, always much further up towards Orlando proper. There are gift shops on I-Drive that have tons of Disney merchandise (though not park stuff).

There is a Disney-owned outlet at the Premium Outlets just off-property, and another outlet where someone buys out all of their surplus items and sells it out of a storefront and a giant tent in the parking lot. This is located at the outlets just before you get to Walmart. Lots of great deals out there, if you know where to look.
