Wal-Mart ID code

The code was on the mouse savers board. Do I need to show a Wal-Mart CC to get the rate? I don't have one! Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you.

As far as I know the Walmart code is for all Walmart customers and isn't tied to their credit card.We used the code at Alamo the last two years and were never asked for a Walmart credit card.
