How exactly do you go about getting the opportunity to do this? Does Tinkerbell have her own store and this is where she is located? Is it well-known that you can do this....are there a ton of kids waiting for the chance at the store? Any info would be appreciated...my daughter loves tink :listen:

I believe Tinkerbelle "lives" in the store near the castle in Frontierland. If you are the first child there in the morning who asks to wake her up, the opportunity is yours

My boys got to do this on our last trip but it took some doing. The second we got in the park we hot footed it over to Fantasyland and it was already crowded, that part is not opened when the main gates are. I told dh to take the kids and I would run ahead to ask about it. Well my ds got to wave the magic sword to open Fantasyland. I went in the store and just asked if my boys could wake Tinkerbell and she said sure. Right after my boys came in two girls came in behind us to do the same thing, I felt bad but at the same time I was excited for my boys. They use the magic wand to tap the box she "sleeps" in and the light bounces around the store. Then they each got stickers and our family got a certificate that we woke her. It was cute, the boys really got a kick out of it. But like I said ppl do know about this so if you want to do it you should get to the park early and get over there quick.

The store is called Timkerbells Treasures and if you got through the center of the castle it is right to your left. Good luck! I was really happy that we got to do it. princess:

do you actually see tinkerbell in here -- or a light or something? My dd's LOVE Tink -- what else happens here ?

From what I've heard about it, it's just a light. But I'm sure your DD would still think it's pretty neat..especially if she's younger.

Wow, my DD would LOVE that::yes:: Maybe instead of sprinting for Dumbo we should sprint for Tinkerbelle's Treasures:p

My daughters were able to do this on May 21st during Extra Magic Hour at about 8:30 a.m. We had asked to do it the previous Sunday at 9:30, a half hour after the park had opened and it was too late.

The CM's made up certificates for each daughter and the stickers were really nice too.

Enjoy!

All the girls in my family are Tinkerbell addicts...we are going to try this on our upcoming trip! Thanks for all the wonderful advice!
