Make an early reservation for breakie then be at the rope drop at the castle leading to fantasyland. Also go in the doors sorta on the side instead of the front doors. A lot of ppl were telling the cms they had early ps and were able to walk to the castle leisurely. My daughter and I the first day got there but walked in the wrong door so just missed out. The second time we ran at the main rope drop at the train station and got there the same time as the rope drop and then walked in at the same time as another family. I am nice so my daughter knew nothing about it really and we just left and let them do it.
