Wake Up with Disney...where did it go?

I just read somewhere about a Wake Up with Disney app that featured Donald waking you up as your alarm clock. It was released in 2013 according to reports, but I can't find it anywhere.

What happened to it?

I was just able to download it from the Cloud but I'm not sure if that is because I already had it previously. It is possible the app was taken off the market. I remember deleting it becasue the app never did work in the background. It had to be open and running all night to work as an alarm clock.
