Waiver problem

I need help! I am unable to access my waiver under my name and birth date. I'm afraid I misplaced a number. Can anybody tell me who to contact about this? I can't find a telephone number to call. I appreciate any help.

You can also send an email to wdw.sports.marathon.endurance@disneysports.com. Last year, I not only listed my DH as female when I registered him, but I also gave him my birth year. There's something to be said for filling out YOUR OWN forms when you're in a hurry...

Anyway, I sent an email to that address and they had it fixed within a couple days.

But FIRST why not wait until the link of "Officially" posted. Until then the folks at EMMI will kindly dismiss you. It should be up this week. I know it seems unfair but hang on til then.

If you have your original entry print out, check to see if you made some spelling or date errors. I made myself 10 years younger with a typo or Freudian slip or something. Then you can use the info to find your entry.

I received an e-mail earlier from Disney with the following link.

Did you happen to register though Active? If you did they can send you another confirmation by e-mail or you could view your registration through Active.

Whew! I called Active and they looked up my registration. I did make a birth date mistake. I had June instead of July.

I had a similar issue; they misspelled my name when they input it from the form I sent to the computer system. I called the number posted above and they took care of it. I was pleasantly surprised.
