waiver on line

does anyone know the web address for the waiver on line
and has anybody filled one out on line yet
i know it not compulsery untill january the 12th but we fly back on that date

I'd be surprised if you will need it,you will already have entered on the "old" system so I would expect that you will still need to keep the green cards stapled to the inside of your passport.

You still need to fill in the waiver form..
The new system is only Voluntary untill jan 09.
