Are we able to do this? I have a date wait listed, but we would be happy to take anything that would become available.

You can only have two wait lists at one time. Each resort counts as a separate wait list, even if it is for the same dates.

You are allowed a maximum of 2 wait lists at any given time, so you will need to decide which two. If you would be happy with anything then you would be wise to choose 2 that have a higher probability of being filled.

You can only have 2 active WL at one time and any category or view type variations (Standard, Savannah such as Kidani) or any unit variations (L/O vs dedicated) will count as one each. I'd suggest you WL either SSR or OKW as one option or possibly both. Then if you get one, you can always WL to move up to more preferred.

I noticed one of my days popped up for OKW, but I didn't book it. If I book a night at a 2 br villa online, book another from the 2 br lockoff, for example can I stay in the same villa? I hope that makes sense. Not sure about putting together a reservation with different categories even though they would all be 2 br.

If one is a dedicated and the other a lock-off, you will have to move.

I picked up 6 nights in a 1 bedroom at Jambo house for the week of Dec. 9th.

I picked them up 1 night at a time as my home resort it VWL - all the individual nights were for the same type of accommodation though. But once I had all the nights I needed I called member services and had them link all the reservations so I don't need to worry about moving.

Depending upon when your trip is you might get as lucky as I did - it just means stalking the member website to book as the rooms come available. Good luck and happy stalking.;)

I was annoyed by the waitlist limits as well, and got tired of going to the website to check availability, so I wrote a script to do it for me. I actually got four nights at VGC for Christmas break when a cancellation popped up.

When I saw how many people had the same problem as me, I made my script into a website. It can email you when a room comes available. Maybe you would find it useful? You can find it at ******.com.

Wow!
This is pretty snazzy.

I have booked 2 nights in different room categories just to make sure we have a place to stay. If all our nights suddenly appear, will I have the option to cancel those during the booking process? I don't want to borrow. I thought this was happening when that awesome app said all my nights became available during the night. They aren't there any more, but I want to be prepared just in case.
