I have three rooms reserved for BCV for three nights. Due to lack of availability at BCV we will then switch over to OKW. I have waitlisted day-by-day all three of my BCV ressies, saying that I only want them if three rooms become available. This is for a busy time, the third week in April, so I know getting a waitlist might be a losing proposition in any case. However, I've been thinking about having three rooms waitlisted and want to know how this works. That is, if one room becomes available, and I'm next on the waitlist, will they just let it go since I need three rooms or will they "hold" it for me because I am next on the list and wait until two others become available since I need three rooms? It is probably the former, but I just don't know. I guess it makes more sense to just pass me by because my full request can't be accommodated at that point, but by the same token if that were the case, I'd have to wait for three rooms to be opened up at the same time which just seems so unlikely. Never waitlisted before, so I'm clueless.
Does anyone know this? Thanks in advance for your help.
