Waitlist vs online availability

Just reporting that I was able to find a roommate available on line I had on waitlist. Needed 4th of July and on a whim checked the website and sure enough there was a studio available. I immediately grabbed it online, but since I had to cancel the same night at a different resort and they are transfered points.... I had to call and get it done on the phone. December 27th was not the ideal time to call as it was 11 months from Thanksgiving but I got what I wanted. When you have a waitlist.... It never hurts to check the website periodically.

I always check the Dvc website when I am on a wait list. There have been several times when I was able to get into the resort I wanted. I did it a day at a time but it worked.
