Waitlist / reservation # ?

When a waitlist comes thru do you get a new reservation number? I swear the last time I had a waitlist come thru I got a new res. number. I have another waitlist still sitting out there but I've already booked park reservations based on my current res. and I want to make sure nothing falls thru the cracks just in case it would fill.

I'm pretty sure that my reservation number didn't change with my last wait list that filled. But that was adding a day at the beginning of a stay. It wasn't a change in the resort or type of room.

Yeah, my waitlist is for a diff. type of room category....

It won’t be different if you set it to replace what you have..well it has never changed for me.
