waitlist question...

Are you able to create a waitlist if you are 2 points short for the reservation? I'm within 7 months and are 2 points short for what I want. I'd be happy pay MS $30 for the points, but can that be done with a waitlist?

No. One-time-use points are not available for waitlist reservations.

I'm curious, what would you like to change?

Can you change what you have to something that uses less points and then wait list for what you really want? I know, it's a gamble.

Well you know I'm an endless tinkerer lol

I have two nights at OKW at the end of our Jambo stay in December. We still haven't stayed there yet and I really want to give it a try. But of course...I start seeing lots of threads about BWV and I start dying to stay there again!! I'm 2 points shy for standard view. I figure it's a long shot at best at this point since December seems to be booked solid. The kicker is I had preferred view booked a few months ago and switched it for OKW...then added an additional night at Jambo so now I'm 2 points short for BWV standard view!

Standard rooms go quickly, and December is a busy time for DVC.

We own at BWV and have been on the WL for months for 3 nights in October. It has not come through and I dont think it will. Oh, we booked about 9 months out and were not able to get all the nights then.

However, you never know what could happen. Good luck.
