waitlist question

Hello all-
We have a 2br BW view for the first 4 nights of our trip in March but are waitlisted for a BW view 2BR for our last 2 nights. (We have a pool/garden view reserved for the last 2 nights.) What are the chances of upon checkin they have our last 2 nights available in the BW view? I know the waitlist disappears 7 days before your checkin, should I call daily to inquire? Ask everyday once we check in? I don't want to move!

You still have 1 1/2 months for your current watlist to come through. If it doesn't come through by then, I would think chances are slim it would open up during your trip, especially if your trip is during Spring Break, but you never know.

You certainly can call once the WL disappears and this is what I would do. Also, I know you said you have a WL for the last two nights. Did you put it in for just the two together or for the 5th night alone as well?

If not, I might call periodically and ask if they have that day as I have heard that you can sometime get your WL by picking it up day by day.

Once you get the 5th day, it might be easier to get the 6th day instead of having to have both days come through at the same time. I know this summer I was WL'd for two nights. Nothing at first but after a few weeks, 1 of the two was available.
