Waitlist Question

I am on a waitlist for BWV for October and was told by MS that if it comes through it automatically changes on your reservation on DVCMember.com. If this is correct is there any advantage to phoning as I hear a lot of people do phone?

It automatically updates online. However, I've been on waitlists before that haven't updated, but when I called...magically something opened up. Might be worth calling in periodically just to see if anything else is available.
