waitlist question again, sorry

Sorry to leave out so much info. I am a women of few words. My husband is disabled so we need to get accessible cabins. We are booked for the western Caribbean on the Magic in May 2005. When I booked, we wanted cat 4 but there are no disabled cabins in that category. We are waitlisted for cat 3. I would like to know what you all think our chances of having the waitlist come through. Hope this post clarifies.
