Waitlist - no option to replace existing reservation.

Today, I waitlisted a 1-bedroom instead of the booked studio but there was no option to replace an existing reservation.

I chatted with ms who added notes that it should replace a reservation but I don't have faith they indicated it or that someone will read the notes!

Any ideas?
 
Unlike the reservations, it does not appear that the waitlist have any modification option. At least I have never found one. I think with waitlist you pretty much have to cancel it and make a new one. This is definitely true if you are booking a different type of unit. Since they won't let you carry over your priority into a changed request.
 
I think O.P. meant that when creating a waitlist, the normal ability to select that you want it to replace an existing reservation was missing. I don’t think they are trying to modify a waitlist
 
I just tried a dummy one for September and the option came up to replace an existing - if you just created the WL today maybe cancel it and try to create another one?

I tried to create a second WL and it still is not asking me to replace my existing reservation. But ... the 1 bedroom SV at Jambo popped up as available so I was able to modify my existing reservation!
