Waitlist no longer in Dashboard

While I can still my October waitlist on the waitlist page, it is not been showing in my dashboard since yesterday. I am hoping this means it is in the process of being filled, but I thought I would see if there are others that are no longer seeing waitlists on their dashboard before I get my hopes up.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. .. then I got a confirmation email the next day. good luck!

No email today, but this definitely encouraging. This is for my family who is joining us for 3 nights. They would have to change resorts after the 1st night if the waitlist doesn't come in.

In my WL experience, yes, a "missing from the Dashboard" status indicates that it is in the process of being booked.

I couldn't wait anymore so I called member services. It was in the process of being filled and the rep on the phone was able to complete the reservation. I had to call in anyway to move points around on our two reservations to bank the extra which he was able to do as well.

Anytime that has happened to me, it meant that my waitlist matched! Give them a call, don't wait for an email. Congratulations!

I am pretty sure people mentioned they got an email.

I received an email, but it was just a reservation confirmation, not something that said, "your waitlist has been filled". I point this out only because it was a bit confusing. Since I already had Saturday & Sunday night booked, when I 1st received the email, I just thought it was a random confirmation of the reservation I already had. Then after looking at it a few times, I realized the dates were extended to include the Monday as well.

I never did get an email, but that might be because I called. I was shocked this came through, it was for a BCV studio for 10/26. I'm sure someone was very happy to pick up the Poly villa we had been able to book as a backup.

This happened to me yesterday. I found this thread, and can confirm. It was that my waitlist had a match, and they confirmed my booking

Congratulations. That gives me hope. Been waitlisted for months now for a studio at BCV for ONE night...Monday Oct. 24th. I check often and stalk even more. I had another waitlist for Oct. 31, but gave up and cancelled that one and cut a day off my trip. I cancelled a BWV studio/pool view last night for Oct. 31st. Hope it made someone day!

They still show up in the booking engine interface even when they disappear from the dashboard. I've never had one fill, even when it "disappeared" like that, but maybe I wasn't patient enough. One of life's many mysteries...

Twice my waitlist dropped from dadhboard before the new reservation showed up.

I took 3 days for mine to get processed once. The cm said the computer pulls the match, but a cm has to manually process it.

Mine's gone from the dashboard, but still under waitlist. I'm assuming a glitch until proven otherwise.

Every time my WL would disappear from the dashboard, it meant my WL had come through. It would disappear from the waitlist after a CM had processed it.
