Waitlist in June any luck?

I'm going home to BWV June 12-23 and asked for a 1 Bedrm stand. and was put in a Perf. for almost 100 pts. more. MS didn't even ask if I wanted Perf. I was so excited just to get the go ahead from DW that it kinda flew right over my head until I checked on the trip calculator. Anyway I called backed and was told there were no Stand. rooms for that time so they put me on a waitlist, anybody have any luck with this? Should I try OKW are the 1 Bedrms bigger?

I just got a waitlist request after only a few days. I am going to OKW in June and wanted a few nights first at VWL -- and Disney called! We are excited.

This might be a good opportunity for you to try a room at OKW. They are HUGE. The living area and kitchen are so nice and BIG. And you can't beat the points-- such a bargain. We love OKW. We stayed in a 2-bedroom this March and the space was really wonderful -- made it easier to share "family togetherness." You might give the waitlist a bit of time and if it doesn't come through, see if there is a 1-bedroom over at OKW.

We were waitlisted at BWV for a 1 bdrm Standard view for June 15-19. I was waitlisted at the 7 month window in November. The only day available was the 15th.

Our waitlist came thru a few weeks ago!!!

I really don't want to do the waitlist again...so we added 110 pts at BWV this week

One more question, I had to borrow pts. from next year to get the Perf. but if I can't get the Standard and I want to change to a different resort like Port Orleans what will happen to the pts.?

Once points are borrowed, they can't be unborrowed. BUT, if you are within your banking window for your current use year, you can bank current points to next year. So you probably won't notice a difference.

But I really would suggest trying a 1 bedroom at OKW, and depending on how many are in your party...request a building #30 or higher. That way you'll have two entries into the bathroom. A design change took place during OKW construction. Older buildings have 1 bathroom entrance - through the master bedroom.
