Waitlist for one night at BRV/Wilderness lodge...chances?

I was super lucky to grab a studio in late June, trying to grab one more due to late flights... would love to get in night before to be able make the most of our time!

I was going to switch to SSR and not worry about the waitlist coming thru but I noticed SSR only sleeps 4 and we have 5!

So, back to hoping for waitlist but we need to book flights.. so.... just curious as to what my chances are for this coming thru....

I've been waiting on one night -- June 26th for a couple of months. Not sure what date your looking for but thought it was odd that 6/26 was such a hard date to get.

Don't give up, Kim. Waitlists come in all the time, and people sometimes change or cancel their reservations. If you need to book the flight, you can make a cash reservation at Port Orleans (their rooms sleep 5,) and when/if the waitlist comes through for you, you can cancel the Port Orleans room. Just be sure to find out what is the last day you can cancel without a penalty. Good luck!

Already did! I booked carribean beach... thats all that is available that is reasonable for one night.. we will be getting in around 7 pm then move to brv in morning or I should say head to the parks and end up at brv in afternoon. Should would be nice not to have to move so many times. Thanks!! KIM

I placed a waitlist for one December night immediately the first day of 11 month booking when I was shut out. My waitlist came through 2 months later.

I booked a studio at my home resort of BWV for one night, Oct 5, before our Oct 6th cruise. And just, this past weekend, waitlisted CCV studio with shower and AKV Jambo club level studio. Had BCV studio waitlisted since March 5th but hadn't come through and we decided to change things up anyway. I have had 4 waitlists before and only 1 of them came through, so not expecting it this time (especially not that club level studio).

I hope you get lucky! I am so surprised! I wait listed poly june 28-july 1 orignially and it came thru almost immediately... then found out about toy story land opening june 30 so extended one day, wait listed that day, came thru within few days! I didn't wl more poly cause too many points ... maybe I will get lucky again, who knows but I was shocked!!

oh my gosh! It came thru!! I am so shocked... wait list have been very good to me. I am still trying to plan my points for next few years... I had planned on having this extra 17 points.. so now I have to see if it still works out but it should would be nice not to have to spend 200 at cbr and move 2x!!
