Waitlist for BWV or BCV

How many of us are on the wait list for BWV and BCV? I keep calling and the CM tells me to be patient that chances are good. I do not believe him but I hope some luck comes our way. We would be OK with either hotel.

Your chances depend on when you are going. If its during F&W for example, then your odds are lower than if you are going in early February.

I was waitlisted for the last 4 days of my vacation during F&W in the end of Oct. and it came thru in about 5 weeks. However, I did call daily and twice got lucky and grabbed the 2 single days. Then the last 2 days came in on their own.

I booked OKW for F&W weekend and waitlisted BCV and BWV - knowing many on the boards say its imppossible to get at this late booking window. lo and behold, i got it - Beach Club - Fri & Sat nights. YEEHAW

I'm waitlisted at both for 12/6-11; currently in a 1br at SSR, but hope to get one of the others. If I had known I would be able to afford a trip this year, I'd have booked at BWV at 11 months like I usually do! Oh well, here's hoping...

Wait listed for a 2 bedroom for 12-1/12-12, we have been on the list since January. currently holding a res for a 2 bedroom at SSR. This is the first time we have had a issue with getting a 2 bedroom at BWV.

We are on a WL for BWV standard 2 bdrm Oct 21-23.....really hoping it comes through...I am AKV'd out

I was waitlisted for 5 months for a 2 bd at the BCV and it never came thru. We leave in 2 weeks and although we always stay BCV I guess the BWV will be fine.. Just always have a backup plan.

We will be fine if we stay at SSR but would rather stay at BWV with the rest of our family, who initially planned on staying with us in a Grandvilla at SSR, they changed there minds, oh well to much else to worry about.

I think the longer the stay, the more unlikely it is the waitlist will come through. Would you be willing to split the stay?

I was on the WL for one day in a GV at OKW in December. I did not really think I would get it, but it came through last week!

I think you have a chance at BWV, but as the previous poster said, you would have a better chance if your WL was shorter. Could you separate it into two WLs? That might help.

I cant believe your family did not want to stay in a GV. I am really looking forward to our stay in one.
