When I try looking at pricing for a package while logged in I get an error that says:
Room and theme park ticket packages cannot be booked online at this time. Please check back later. Or you may make a room-only reservation.

Maybe they're updating the system?

When you hover over the "places to stay" tab, there is a link that says "see special offers" or something like that in the bottom right corner of the menu.

It's there now. When I put in my dates it shows me the options of room only, package, or 2 special offers.

I got through right at 7am, but then my phone decided to drop connection...had to book for 3 families online, but need to call back and add a day to each as a split reservation because we are coming in a day before the discounts start. Such a PITA.

No rooms left at the discount. I called the second day of the Visa discount and they were out so I had hoped they had reserved some for the general public. Guess not!

FYI - this was POP for 1/9 & 10. Marathon weekend so of course it's full.

I'm confused and out of practice--If I booked using the room only discount but added tickets, did I get a discount on the tickets as well? I did this before I was fully awake. LOL. I normally don't purchase tickets this early in advance.

The room discount offer is just a discount on the room, tickets are at regular price
With the Stay, Play and Dine offer, there is a discount on the tickets and the Dining Plan
Compare the costs, Modify if needed

here Ive been talking up the codes and discounts we get whenever we go to Disney to my DS since they have a trip booked for 2-25 thru 3-3

so today I called him when I was at lunch at work to give the code that is now out for the general public

they could have saved $200 if they wanted to switch to ASP they are at ASMo

but my 7 yr DGD has her heart set on movies and DS and DDIL really want her to enjoy her first trip to the World

I told him to keep checking people cancel and change resorts all the time

they were happy with the rate they got--so that's a good thing--but it would have been even nicer if they could have saved alittle more!!

oh well more gift cards for Christmas
