My dad was diagnosed back in the late 50's and was one of the first people to heave his adrenal glands completely removed. He is hitting 60 now and over the year has taken cortisone and other drugs to regulate himself. He is th emost good natured person you could ever meet so my mom keeps a close eye on him and when he starts acting erratic she brings him in to the doctor to sdjust his meds. he is very healthy otherwise, but did have cataract surgery at 51 due to the meds hrting his eyes.
