Waiting Patiently - have question

I have a question,just hit 21 days today on the rofr, if it goes though what are the chances of booking for Aug 15th to Aug 22nd? any input is much appreciated.

Being able to book takes 60 days from start to finish. SSR will probably be available or maybe AKV if you are lucky.

Actually, that time is one of the easier time frames to book at Disney...kids are heading back to school, it's hot as hot can be (which keeps some people from going at that time)...I've done 3-4 "last-minute" (within 2-3 months) bookings in that time frame...and if you can move your dates back a week or two, it gets even easier...

You would need some unexpectedly good luck to get BCV -- and probably the other small resorts, too...but you may well find more choices than "just" SSR--I'd guess both AKV and OKW would have availability, and you might find some LV BLT or garden view BWV availability, too--and of course there's always "the luck of the draw"--that the villa you want at the resort you want will have opened up and be available when you call even at the smaller resorts......

This is assuming you'll be able to book by mid-to-late April...I don't know anything (except what I've read here on the DIS) about how much more time you need to complete your purchase and get into Disney's system--but I have read enough of Bill's posts to totally believe him...I'd "bet" on his 60-day (give or take) prediction!
