Waiting on hold...but wondering if i have to (modify reservation?)

I want to add our littles to a reservation I'd originally made for just the wife and I, but can't find anywhere to add names on the website...so I'm on hold with member services.

Wondered if I'd just missed it, or if I truly have to do this by phone?

I don't know how people walk reservations, unless they magically never have to be put on hold...easily the most annoying thing in the world to me.
 
You can't add names on line. As long as you will not over the capacity limit or have a dining plan. The easiest way is thru CHAT or send an e-mail to MS.
 
To add people to the reservation you can either call, write or chat with member services.

To walk a reservation you need to call member services.
 
Thanks all. Good to know about chat. I would have done that, but figured they couldn't do it.
 

I have done this numerous times via chat (added/removed) guests. Never took more than 10 minutes!
 
Can also add them at checkin if they don’t need bands and you won’t be using dme.
 
I have added name via the chat. I was surprised how quick i was able to get it done. Probably under 5 minutes, so certainly better than calling and waiting on hold. I was then sent a new reservation confirmation within an hour via email.
